Community Health & Wellness Series "Memory Loss, Dementia and Alzheimer's"

Memory Loss,Dementia & Alzheimer?s Tania Paparazzo, Connecticut Alzheimer?s Association's Southwest Regional Director, will discuss Dementia, Alzheimer's and the impact diagnosis and progressive memory loss may have on loved ones and caregivers. Community Health & Wellness Educational Speaker series, hosted by Greenwich Woods Health Care Center and The Greens of Greenwich Assisted Living. Four part series featuring renowned, experienced, knowledgeable health and wellness professionals who will speak and present information, tips and share resource availability on a variety of topics to benefit all. This is a no cost event offered at our Campus of Care as a service to support our communities.
