In culmination of over two years worth of work, the Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled to vote on the application to amend grade plane/FAR/attic regulations that would provide relief to existing homeowners in Greenwich.
Your attendance is crucial tomorrow evening as the Commissioners discuss, debate and decide on this proposed amendment.
Please be aware -- the item for 143 Sound Beach Avenue has been postponed and will not be addressed at the March 7th meeting.
